Hanna 2011

A 16-year-old who was educated by her father in the outcast of Europe to be the perfect assassin.  While being tracked down by a CIA agent and her operatives.  I believe this was one of the movies of 2011 that was hyped up than when you see the movie it basically felt like a letdown.
When I went to saw this movie trailer it was amazing thinking it would be like HITMAN with Timothy Oliphant where the story and the concept would draw you in wanting to know more about the lead actor in the movie and the history.  Hanna accomplishes some of that but at the end it left you wondering and confused.  And then the movie hit a curve and went in a total direction of science fiction movie Species.

The little girl was running away from the CIA agent and then finding out that her father is not her father.  Suddenly it ended really fast, people dies and my conclusion was how they could make this movie better if they are planning a second film. This movie is a big disappointment for me due to the fact I was so hyped to see it. The cast was great, brilliant acting but the dilemma was in the concept.

Kung Fu Panda

The Movie Kung Fu Panda 2 was one of the animated films this year that just wasn’t as exciting the second time around.  Was incapable of bagging the unique feeling you sense from the characters and the sparkle that the characters portrayed in the first film.
The concept in this movie depended more on the action thrills/scenery.   This movie although started very slow for me, it had some things I could appreciate.  The animation was very good, action packed, and the comedy.  The movie was improved due to sensible and well-adjusted pieces of comical events.  The action sequences were great, amazing, and superb conserving an effortless animated style continuing the energy, drive and interest in the movie.
The cast for the movie was brilliant; their voices were well defined for each character.  This made it more enjoyable to just watch the animated characters.  Like I said Kung Fu panda 2 wasn’t as good as the first movie, but wasn’t a total wasted.  If you want a family movie to watch this film can be a good choice.

Arthur 2011

This weekend , I really wanted a movie that would make me laugh and since I was watching old stand up shows of Russell Brand on Youtube. I thought I would just go and see the film Arthur.

As seen in the trailers.   Arthur is a alcoholic playboy, who was black mail by his mother ( he would have to marry Susan and gain his wealthy inheritance) a woman he doesn’t like and totally isn’t attracted to.  Meanwhile, he falls in love with a common woman. In the main-time he would try to juggle a relationship between both women and in the end would have to decide Love over wealth.
I thought this movie was amazingly brilliant. The cast which include Russell Brand, Helen Mirren, Greta Gerwig, and Jennifer Garner was great in every way and the acting skills was impressive.  The writing was well done especially the humor was never lost, right on point.

The scenes of New York City was beautiful and the scene of Grand Central Station at night, I love it.
The showcase of jokes was brilliant never a dull moment. Some of the jokes was classy well others you probably never forget. But don’t get me wrong the reason I love Arthur isn’t only because of the comedy, although that what I went looking for. It was the story line of the movie which wasn’t shown in the trailers. That although you may be wealthy, and you can buy all the material things, it can’t buy you happiness.( However, I would like the opportunity to try).

Furthermore the conclusion of the movie to me was epic. How he had to lose everything to gain himself.
Overall, I enjoyed this movie Arthur and wished I seen it earlier.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 - On Stranger Tides

The fourth installment of the movie The Pirates Of the Caribbean begins with the misconception of the capture of Jack Sparrow and than Jack Sparrow found himself in London trying to save his first mate Mr. Gibbs and in return got captured by the English.

According to the English, they have heard of Jack Sparrow in London trying to find a crew and a ship and they want him to lead them to the Fountain Of Youth before the Spanish discovers it. Like always, through advance planning, Jack Sparrow escapes from the English and encountered Fraudulent Jack Sparrow who was recruiting a crew to take on a new voyage to the fountain of youth. After revealing this another Jack Sparrow to be Angelica whom Jack Sparrow has some history with.

Suddenly, he found himself recruited on Black Beard's ( Edward Teach) ship as a crewman ( not the captain). Later learning that probably what he knew of Black Beard wasn't as it seems, and to his surprise that Angelica is Blackbeard's Daughter. Furthermore at every turn things become more complicated in his plans to find this Fountain Of Youth.

All this at the same time Mr. Gibbs ( Jack Sparrow First Mate) found himself making a deal with Barbarossa the Captain of the English Ship to show him the path to the Fountain Of Youth in turn to spare his life from the hangman's noose.

The Movie then intensifies with now a race between 1 to 2 or probably 3 ships on there way to finding this mystical Fountain Of Youth.

The movie was just as amazing as its predecessors with an amazing cast even adding the beautiful Penelope Cruz adding some femininity to some of the scenes and great creativity. Johnny Depp cranking out another superb Jack Sparrow. Even the scenes with the mermaids and there lovely singing was very intense and the scenery was beautiful, another story line started to develop and flourished giving this adventurous movie another love story one we haven't seen coming. Pirates Of The Caribbean On Stranger Tides although it the 4th installment, the chemistry in this movie worked, was everything I wanted and more, great acting, creativity, action packed, Jack Sparrows charms and Mermaids. This is a Movie you need to see.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 8

Thursday night was the premier of the season hottest dance show So You Think You Can Dance(SYTYCD) on FOX.  They started season 8 auditions in Atlanta Georgia and than  San Francisco that span for two hours showing highlights of their best and worst dancers, in the various aspect of dance from lyrical dance to TURFING( which was explain as taking up room on the floor).

The dancers was certainly diversified and equally excited as many dancers take to the stage showing more skills than the seasons before. With Cat Deely hosting the show, some of the dancers was more excited to be interview by her. And how can we forget the return of the one and only  Judge Mary Murphy who was present in Atlanta for the auditions. Which it was very delightful to see her due to her absent last season.
For more on Cat Deely interview about the return of Judge Mary Murphy.
Overall, it was and exciting night for the many dancers who would be going on to Las Vegas, and for the many who didn't get a ticket to Vegas. I am sure you can always try next year.

THOR

The powerful but arrogant warrior name Thor was cast out his magnificent world known as Asgard by his Father Odin, and sent to live amongst humans on Earth, where he soon becomes one of their finest defenders.
I have had the pleasure of watching The Movie Thor on the release date. An outstanding action, adventure, drama and in some instances a comedy. Although, it’s a marvel comic and movies similar to it’s predecessors. Thor presented us with the best graphic and a writer with exceptional story telling skills. I found this movie of Thor profoundly intriguing.
In this movie there were moments you felt empathy for Thor, Loki and even the hard decision made by Odin, their father. It is an emotional roller-coaster ride with some pit stops of many humorous events. Even though it maybe a nice action movie to see with friends, it would also be nice to see with the family.
The actors portraying their different characters, I must say added strength to every scene, you become drawn in not by the marvelous scenery of graphic and sounds/music, but by the individuals and their struggles. How one son struggles with the idea of acceptance and the other son, with a strong personality (arrogance) that can bring about the fall of a great planet.
If you think the writers would stop there, you so wrong! You never have a good movie until someone fell for a girl. Events unfold that helps our hero Thor, (although I was cheering for Loki, love the under dogs) learn about life, love and what he have done wrong, through a deep connection with the ‘earth people’ he now know as friends.
This is a brilliant Movie. Thor!

The Voice

If you are someone normally looking for a good show on your television every-night?  OK we sometime have runs in to your realty TV shows that are sometimes entertaining, due to so often seeing people make a fool of themselves or the argument between roommates, and then those people searching for their dreams.  Between all the TV networks they all seem to have done a few of these Realty TV shows, which some have gotten great rating and others have crashed and burned.

The NBC network has produce a new Realty TV show/ game show called THE VOICE which premiered lasted week Tuesday, which is a great cry from crashed and burn on the rating chart for last week.  If you didn't see it on NBC last week, or even on E! Yes E! when they repeated it, lets just say it was a big hit.

The Voice as the title says is a show were four of the biggest music entertainers today looking for the person, who has the best voice in America.  The four entertainers are known as  Coaches not judges. They get to choose eight person's per coach. In return the coaches mentors each of these willing students to become the best voice in America.  What I like about the show is it does matter what you look like when chosen or even the saddest sorry you tell, because the coaches will never see you until you have performed. Due to the fact that the person preforming is on stage while the coaches back is turned from the stage.

The coaches involved in this great show is Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera , Cee Lo Green, and Adam Levine from Maroon 5 all talented in their own way and genres. In this show, it great to see how they would mentor each of the student into their genres are even crossing over into other genres.  Furthermore the relations between the coaches and the competition between them to become the one who discoverers the Voice.

Although, some may say NBC doesn't want to be compared Fox's American Idol, but it does look more intriguing and people seem to be attracted to the new spin on an Music realty show.

If you haven't gotten the change to become one of the latest fan of the show you can view the second episode of THE VOICE on NBC Tonight (Tuesday), the competition starts at 9pm- 11pm.

RIO

The movie Rio  multi-talented cast of actors and actresses, a colorful adventure, of a bird from Rio who was victim of animal trafficking. He ended up in Minnesota as  Linda's companion.  When a lovely young doctor come looking for the only male macaw probably on earth, the wonderful adventure begins.  The movie incorporates some very breath-taking scenery of Rio De Janeiro.

Blu, the main character, voice by Oscar nominated Jesse Eisenberg known for his role in The Social Network, eventually falls in love with a  wonderful bird name Jewels . Blu loves his life in Miniesota with Linda and would have to decide his future, despite his difficulties  of flight.

The movie  becomes involved into the music and seamless soundtrack (by John Powell).

In a desperate the simple plot and the obvious ending the movie, it captures me. The writer has  taken  us on a fantastic action-packed  adventure, with battles of monkeys, epic scenes and a singing/ raping  English cockatoo(Nigel).

Whom was incredibly vindictive and a  good foes to watch.

Suddenly, I found myself singing and dancing along to the music, and mesmerized by the beautiful colors. The ending has an interesting twist, which I think we all knew  from the beginning of the film , but like always everybody is happy in the end.   Please go and see this movie?  I recommend it for all ages.

I rated it a 9.9 out of 10

Source Code

Source Code is a movie about a Army Pilot who was serving in Afghanistan and woke up in an cube machine called the source code, and has a new mission to find out who planted  explosives on a Chicago commuter train. The Source Code is an action packed thriller with a science fiction presence.  The Army pilot  played by Jake Gyllenhaal, woke up in a new body of Colter Steven.  The events went as planned when the commuter train exploded and he found himself in a cubic cube capsule, communicating with Collen Goodwin played by Vera Farmiga who tried to explain to him the mission at hand.  Meanwhile, Colter Steven started asking questions and become to realize his reality and  stray from the mission.  And how he's going to try to save the people on the train and different paths which he would take to accomplish this fate.
For more information:

The movie was self explanatory, and hindsight  helped viewers to understand whats going on. The actors in the movie was insanely great making you believe every moment of the film and holding our attention. It was entertaining from beginning to end.  following the suspense of the movie, and trying to figure out who done it, and what maybe the outcome for our brave star?  Although, you were astonished,  like me the end of the film and the actions of  Dr. Rutledge ( his stupidity for advancement and recognition), it was confusing to me the ending.  Overall, great movie, exciting movie not to complicated,  and for those who haven't seen it please do.

I rated this movie 9.7 out of 10.

Insidious 2011

Insidious was a movie I was excited to see.  I like horror movies and was hoping that this movie give me the entertainment I was looking for.  I am telling you it was what I was looking for and much more.  Insidious is a movie about a family who's son becomes comatose and was being haunted.  The concept of this movie wasn't very original, but I do like how the writer put a new version on a old idea and give us an suspenseful thriller with nice horrific scenes. The isolated scene with children running in the house and the apparition of something that can not be explain.  The screeching in the background with the eerie music that add to the terror effect.

The movie even went further to tell that past of the father and how the son, come to have such power and how the father can probably bring his son back from the realm called further.  The movie is very much detailed and the plot was executed very well, and the characters was very much believable which is important in a horror movie. How they played on the fact of this family losing a child not only to a coma which can't be diagnosed but also his soul to the dark-side. The story draws you in and you becomes more excited to see how it's all going to end. And I am sure you won't regret seeing it.  I rate this move a 8 out of 10.

The Resident

The Resident, you may not of heard about this movie, but I am telling you on a day with nothing to watch it was OK.  The Resident is about a young ER doctor, staring Hilary Swank. She moves into a Brooklyn Loft, and things get a little bit weird. When her  landlord played by Jeffery Dean Morgan, becomes obsessed with her.  This movie was, I guess suppose to be a thriller, and suspenseful.  It was neither.  The plot of the story was good , but I felt the writers had a problem conveying the psychological  problem of voyeurism and the thin line between  a person who watch and a rapist.  The movie never went into any details,  why he went into so much excess preparation for this special victim, and what made her so elite.

The  movie then went into a series turn of events , when the ex- boyfriend came back into her life.  I was positive that as an ER doctor,  she would of discovered her mysterious landlord mental problems before it become to hot to handle.  I agree, I was wrong!   My only  question was, when she called her ex-boyfriend and said " Don't go to my apartment" after getting a toxicology report that should of been proof to you that you landlord is crazy, and what you do? You don't call the cops, no you don't tell anybody about the toxicology report, even though you are in a hospital. You prove to everyone on the other side of the screen you are unintelligent and went to the apartment.   Yes the apartment, which you already know don't have good cellular receptions.

So in conclusion The Resident was a good movie, if you are bored and want to yell at your T.V. screen.

Limitless

Last weekend Limitless opened and became a big hit at the box office, kicking Rango into second place. I was shocked, because I've seen the trailer but thought that it looked good and is it going to be as good as the trailer looks?

To my surprise the movie was even better.   Limitless is an action packed thriller with suspense.  It about a ambitious writer who had writer's block. He then had a run in with his ex-brother in law who gave him a gift,  as small as the gift was one pill it would change him life forever.  Although at first Eddie Mora played by Bradley Cooper "nice performance" I must say , was not  taken on the idea of this  pill due the brother in-law's past, but in the end how can it hurt.

After taking the pill which they call NZT he notices a difference we noticed it too, the lighting changed, yes the picture was more brighter , sharper and tint was more red, less blue.  The same effects you get with caffeine and a better camera I guess.  On with the story, so as also with the problem with drugs you always run out.  Come on that's why there will always be business for drugs, people always want more.  He decides to pay his brother in law a visit and becomes his gopher to get more drugs. Until an unexpected turn of events.  The movie pretty much takes flight from where there not only showing us the downside to drug dealing but also the upside to these special drugs which gave him the ability to increase his IQ and learn things he would of never learnt in no time flat of course, giving him money and friends he probably would get or have on his own, but it came with a price like everything else in life.

Meanwhile, the more popular he got the more people wanted to know his secrets and the more I became intrigue with how a smart man can do un-smartly things, and does medications like these exists?

Like I said rule number #1 in drugs you are going to need more, and rule #2 the side effects.
May cause lapse of time, headache, respiratory failure, heart failure, fatigue, stroke and death.  We  still want it.

The movie was good, its concept was very original and mesmerizing.  Although it does has a slow start, and I love that the characters are very realistic, good performance by them all especially Robert De Niro and Abbie Cornish.  Throughout the movie the only thing I could of think about is if we all had that one gift that one pill, how much of us would have taken it? Not yet knowing what it can or might do?  Even after that one pill would we have tried to find more? How much are we willing to pay for this wonder drug?

And given this drug what would you do?

Rango

Last week I waited all week watching different movies some good some not so good, but I was waiting for the big guy Rango.
I am a big fan of Johnny Depp and I have seen all his work, from Edward Scissor-hands to The Pirates Trilogy and why should I miss Rango?  Although I waited also two weeks to watch this movie I was so excited, I was glued to the screen.  If you haven't seen it as yet please go see it, then tell me what you think!

The movie Rango is an animation film set in the western period, about a Chameleon name Lars/ Rango  in search of his dream being an actor and starving for some social interaction, which during an accident ends up in a town, surrounded by dirt and a lack of  a good resource of water. In which the Chameleon played by Johnny Depp, would have to investigate the water problems in the town of Dirt to regain the town's people faith in him. Rango at the beginning of the story would meet Beans played by Isla Fisher who looks like she suffers from absent seizure, she was determine to find out where the water have gone. Given that she owns her father's farm in the town of Dirt, I am telling you great writing.  I also love the thought of putting water in a bank, was just wondering how does the loan process go?  I mainly like the characters of the mayor played by Ned Beatty who would make Rango sheriff due to the fact they needed one.  Rango would then become the law in the town of Dirt and the town folks would look to him to save them.  In doing so Rango would have to investigate the water shortage and the culprit behind this calamity. Rango would have to face some serious villains like Jake the rattlesnake played by Bill Nighy and Spirit of the West played by Timothy Olyphant  who going to help him find his path.  All in which is a making of a great movie.

This movie has your action, your comedy, adventure, your profound lessons at the end of the movie -check! It has your graphics with CG animation, great soundtrack with owls playing music and narrating,  they got that, the villains oh boy! A lost hero, check, check and check!

This movie was a  great movie story was interesting and superb, even though I am not an western fan. I love a good comedy with a message.

Gnomeo and Juliet

Gnomeo and Juliet a very old story with a new spin and  name.  Written by Shakespeare, in a modern day language. A story about two neighboring gardens gnomes feuding, Montague and Capulet or otherwise known as Red gnomes and Blue gnomes.  Adventure and 3D animation that is very hard to resist.

This hilarious  adventure movie was directed by Kelly Asbury who did a great job putting a new spin on a old story about two neighboring gnomes feuding and how Gnomeo and Juliet played by James McAvoy and Emily Blunt respectfully, were gnomes from different sides of the fence who are going to fall in love.  They will have to overcome a series of obstacles,  especially their parents and an angry lawnmower in order to stay together.

I believe this movie was one of the best animations I have seen, I was blown  away by the story how the idea of simple gnomes can also relate so well to indifference and  become a great  love story.

I love the different personalities that make up the cast, I mean, seeing Jason Statham playing Tybalt was like astonishing and Micheal Cain as Lord Redbrick, Ashley Jensen as Nanette, the cast was great.   The entrance of  Featherstone aka Pink Flamingo played by Jim Cumming, which cause the movie to develop and explain the sense of love lost and that there was hope.

Looks So Real Doesn't it?

Original music by Elton John, Chris Bacon and James Newton Howard  also help in the delivering of the plot.

Although, it was a story known all over the world in different languages and even told in many different ways I believe this way will be remembered forever.  Even garden gnomes can find love on the opposite side of the fence.

Criminal Minds Vs Suspect Behavior

"The Best" Rate 9.9
For two weeks now there has been a new kid on the block and its call Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, I am an addict of Criminal Minds from the show started in 2005, due to the fact I like the character Dr. Spencer Reid and during  the years I grow to love most of the other and the villains ( criminals)  also.  Yes, I love the Villains. Its a show and you have to realize that although it maybe loads of fun to play a villains, in any show, its still a lot of work. Without your neighborhood criminals  there would be no show.  So like everyone I know we all wondering, will the new kid on the block be as good as it predecessor or is CBS getting rid of the predecessor?  I don't know the answer to that question, but like you I am hoping not.

Meanwhile, the question everyone wants to know,  Is agent Prentiss leaving?  I felt hurt after  J. J left, I missed her, but the  new girl,  she is a great  replacement.

"Not Ready"  Rate 5.2

Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior staring Forest Whittaker as "Sam Cooper, Janeane Garofalo as " Beth Griffith" , Micheal Kelly as " Jonathan Simms", Matt Ryan as " Mick Rawson", Beau Garrett  as Gina LaSelle" and our famous computer tech Penalope Garcia played by Kristen Vangsness.

The shows first episode was about a little girl that went missing from her front lawn during a game of hide in seek. This is when the different characters was introduced to us.  Well, due to the fact that its name is "criminal minds" it is going to be class and size up to the original.  We all know that?  I can't lie I got bored,  I believe that I should give the show another change and since it was after the original last week I sure did watch.  I truly think this show would be better with ratings if it came out as a New Show with out the Criminal Minds. To tell you the truth I really love just listening to the guy with the accent. The "Boss" (Whitaker) his personality doesn't suit his position. He's no Hotchner, not even close.

I have seen some of these actors in other roles and they were great, amazing but something isn't connecting here.  It really seems like they all working  separately.  I don't know, are they suppose to be profilers?  Because profiling is what I like about Criminal Minds and It seems that this show has none.

The Criminal Minds the writings and the emotion that goes into bring these criminals to life the Psychodrama is what I like, the coming together of the team with their different views on the Criminal who he /she is? Why? When? Where? the questions and that although there are an elite team, when they go to these areas to help the Police they don't act so Narcissistic like the police can't solve the cases without them.  We know that but you didn't have to say it. You don't have to tell the police that to their faces and still expect the police to want to be co-operative and appreciate your presence. I'm not a profiler and I know that.  I want to see a strong leader and a profiling team.  I want to see  smart criminals with some creative crimes.   Are we out of Ideas?

I know its not going to  be the same, and maybe I am excepting too much?

The Roommate

It's about a College student, who like many of us didn't get to pick her roommates.  she finds out that her new roommate Rebecca played by Leighton Meester is obsessed with her. Sara the art student played by Minka Kelly, would soon and I mean at the very end, after all the evidence and signs that were  there realized that her roommate was a Psychotic.

I am not going to tell the movie due to the fact this story is old and been done many times.  Guys there is nothing new here a physiological thriller which always turn violent. Some people were harmed during the making of this film,  I too felt  like the victim. I wanted to ask for my 1 1/2 hours back. We have found the worst of 2011 and it's very early. The only people who were smart in this movie was the extras because they stayed away from this girl.

Meanwhile, lets finish this not an original concept, Physiological thriller, no suspense,  I wasn't interested in the actors.  If you feel that I didn't do this movie any justice please write me or give your comment below.
I rated this movie a 2.5 out of 10 .

The Mechanic

The Mechanic was a remake of the 70's Charles Bronson, staring Jason Statham, Ben Foster, and Donald Sutherland. It  follows the life of Arthur Bishop played by Jason Statham, who normally kick ass in action movies like Crank,  The Transporter franchise, In the Name of The King. The film became more interesting when Arthur realize that his next hit was his friend Harry McKenna,  which was play by Donald Sutherland.  During the scene between Arthur and Harry you would have believed two smart men and as elite as they were, would come up with a plan.  No, he killed him.  Then Mr. Bishop had the nerve to be a mentor to his friend's son Steve McKenna played by Ben Foster who also bring the story to life with his child- like tantrums.  Lets just say he wasn't very professional with his first hit, which I believe you would agree with me if or when you see the movie.

Steve McKenna became better due to his persistence and Arthur's training, which for some reason had a lot of reading and studying.  This gave the characters more substance then just a bunch of Gun Ho, weapon swinging pair.

I must give two thumbs up to the writers and the director  Simon West. It have "Out Won" it predecessors in every category.  In the end, they got their revenge on the guy who set the hit on his friend and left poor Steve fatherless.  I save the end for those who haven't seen the movie already.  The movies wasn't all action packed it also had moments with suspense, and comedy relief.  The writer also left it open with the option that they can continue the franchise.

If you seen this movie please give your reviews in the comment box below Thank You.

The Adjustment Bureau

So this weekend I watched a movie that truthfully I really didn't want to see.   Matt Damon's always seems to do action movies, and due to the trailer this looked just like the rest - another movie with him running for his life.  Although lately he has been straying away from those roles like "Jason Borne" to more - lets say enlightening roles.

So I made a deal, she wanted to see this movie and I want to see Rango, which the person in mention don't like animated movies. I know how could you not?  So I thought why not, how bad can this movie be?  It ranked second behind Rango its opening weekend?

The Adjustment Bureau,a thriller staring Matt Damon as " David Norris" who was the youngest congressman running for a U.S Senate seat. How as from the trailer, would run into a beautiful woman  played Emily Blunt who would change his life forever. At the beginning of the movie, it becomes very apparent that he fall in love with "Elise" from there discussion in the male bathroom after being interrupted she would run off with out giving David any information about herself. It would take him some time to catch up with her.  After all that they would meet on a bus, where the scene would introduce these agents of fate, who wears hats and who follows David Norris.  During the bus scene he would get her name and her number, which for some reason he did not look at. Seriously joking right!  How would he know he got 7 numbers?  Later David would return to the office to find these agents with hats brainwashing his Campaign Aide played by George Lay. Due to the fact he saw them, the strange people would have to tell David the truth about his life, giving him an ultimatum strangely enough one of them is that he would have to stay away from the girl.

Now as you can see this went on for years due to the fact that which was discuss during the movie if he stay away from her,  he would go on to become a great President of the United States and she a great dancer but together for some reason they would never have their dreams.

Agents Of Fate Nice Hate Men.

So one day on the campaign  trail his friend (campaign aide) show him a newspaper where Elise was getting married to her ex-boyfriend and realize that he had made a mistake and that he loves her and wanted to fight for her. Sounds very romantic, yeah?  Like I say, I wasn't interested in this movie.

The end game was for him is to tell Elise the truth about everything and reveal to her who these people are, with the help of one of their own.

             I did see that coming!

The Rite

The Rite  is an horror movie about a student played by Colin O' Donoghue  as Micheal Kovak who was send to to Italy to take an course in Exorcisms. Micheal was send to Father Lucas Trevant, played by Antony Hopkins  who would teach him the art of an Exorcism.  The movie took a turn when Father Lucas Trevant started visiting his patients.  Especially a young girl who was pregnant and possessed by a demon according by her mother and Father Lucas, but the more the movie moved on. I started to question if Micheal may be right about it being some sort of Psychological problem the girl may be having.  Right, after the girl started throwing up huge nails, it sure became apparent that something was not  normal about this child.
The emotional part of the movie, was when the girl dies and Father Lucas started to cry in the hallway of the hospital. At this time the emotion that Father Lucas portray was amazing. I never thought that "Hannibal" can cry. I wanted to give him a hug.

The movie continued  showing changes in Father Lucas Trevant's attitude, the tremors in the hands , and alienating himself.  While Micheal suffers with his own turmoil of either  believing in demons or that Father Lucas has lost it  and the patients just sufferers of some sort  mental disease.

This movie unlike the Exorcism movies before its time, has open a new door of questioning the old art of Exorcism, which was practice. Are some people truly possessed or is it a mental sickness? Then showing that not even a devoured  priest is safe from demon or demonic actions. The actors and the directing of this movie has being magnificent, and lift you on the edge of your seat with suspense.  Bringing this story to life and making it more believable than it predecessors.

I have with no doubt give this movie a rating of 9 out of 10.  If you have any of your own reviews or opinions on this movie please comment below.

Criminal Minds

My favorite TV show is Criminal Minds. Criminal Minds is a Elite group of agents working in a  special section of the FBI called "Behavior Analysis Unit".   If you don't normally watch this series. It can be seen on CBS  Wednesdays 9:00 pm and older episodes  A&E weekdays at 10 am and 4 pm.  Marathon Sundays at 5 pm.

Now this week episode was very exciting, due to the fact we are learning about Emily's past as she was undercover with the CIA and how this is going to affect her future with the team, meaning that she haven't told them about her past and how it going to endanger their lives.

The show was mainly about a 10 year old Autistic Boy who is the witness to his parents abduction.  The B.A.U job as difficult as it is has to figure out a way to get the little boy to tell them who took his parents. Meanwhile, the person who took the parents shot the father, so it a race to find them before he dies and bleeds to death.

So as always a shot in the leg, not expecting a miracle the team couldn't find them in time and the father dies.  The mystery was why did anyone would take the parents from a kid leave him alive knowing he would be able to identify him?

During the episode I was eager to see how Doctor Reid was going to figure out this enigma to save the mother's life and how the little boy was going to play a big role in finding his parents.  As always very unique and fascinating story.  Can bear the wait for next week episode.  If you saw this week episode please place you comments below.

The UnKnown

The Year 2011 has brought us a great selection of Movies and we are only in the second month.  Movies like The Rite, The Mechanic, I Am Number Four just to name a few.

This week I got to see Unknown 2011 staring Liam Neeson  and Diane Kruger. No spoiler in this review.  The movie started  as seen on the trailer with a car accident and a man who recovered from a coma with amnesia.  He would have to discover  his identity while protecting the ones he love.

This movie was filled with action packed, twist and turns that leave you guessing even up to the very end.  The amazing acting by Liam Neeson was riveting.  Diane Kruger as "Gina" was amazing  playing strong young woman who was helping the man find his true identity.    January Jones who plays his wife,  and denies that she knows him.

I give this movie a rate of 9 out of 10, It is a must see .  If you have any suggestions on this review or comments about this movie or any other movie please post it below
